- 1Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread the torn pieces of baked puff pastry in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 2Sprinkle the nuts, raisins, and coconut evenly over the pastry.
- 3In a saucepan, heat the milk, sugar, and vanilla extract over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil. Remove from heat and stir in the cream.
- 4Carefully pour the warm milk mixture over the pastry and nuts in the baking dish.
- 5Sprinkle the top with cinnamon. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set. Serve warm.
