    Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread the torn pieces of baked puff pastry in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

    Sprinkle the nuts, raisins, and coconut evenly over the pastry.

    In a saucepan, heat the milk, sugar, and vanilla extract over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil. Remove from heat and stir in the cream.

    Carefully pour the warm milk mixture over the pastry and nuts in the baking dish.

    Sprinkle the top with cinnamon. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set. Serve warm.
