Perfect for post-holiday leftovers or a party snack, these Turkey Cranberry Sliders are addictive. We use sweet Hawaiian rolls sliced in half, layered with deli turkey (or leftover roast turkey), cranberry sauce, and slices of Swiss or Havarti cheese. Brushed with a poppy seed butter glaze and baked until the cheese is melty and the buns are toasted. The combination of savory meat, sweet tart cranberry, and creamy cheese makes these little sandwiches disappear instantly.
