This Thai Green Curry Chicken is better than takeout. We use green curry paste (fried in coconut cream to release the oils) to build a spicy, aromatic base. Coconut milk adds sweetness and creaminess, balancing the heat. Simmered with chicken breast, bamboo shoots, green beans, and finished with kaffir lime leaves and Thai basil. Serve over jasmine rice. It’s a fragrant, spicy, and creamy dish that warms the soul.
