Tahini Swirl Brownie Bites
These Tahini Swirl Brownie Bites are a sophisticated and irresistible twist on the classic brownie. The base is an intensely fudgy, dark chocolate brownie made with high-quality cocoa and dark chocolate chunks. Just before baking, generous dollops of rich, runny tahini are swirled into the batter, creating beautiful marbled patterns. As they bake, the tahini sinks slightly, forming pockets of nutty, savory flavor that perfectly contrast the deep chocolate sweetness. A final sprinkle of flaky sea salt elevates every bite. Baked in a mini muffin tin for perfect portion control (or lack thereof!), these bites are rich, decadent, and feature a stunning visual appeal that makes them perfect for parties, gifts, or a special treat.
