- 1Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Divide dough into two portions. Roll each into an oval shape about 1/4-inch thick.
- 2Place dough ovals on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Crimp the edges to form a raised boat shape.
- 3In a skillet, sauté sliced sujuk and green pepper for 2-3 minutes until slightly rendered.
- 4Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the dough boats. Top with the sujuk-pepper mixture. Create a small well in the center of each and crack an egg into it. Sprinkle with feta.
- 5Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden, cheese is bubbly, and egg whites are set. Sprinkle with Aleppo pepper and serve hot.
