- 1In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with paprika, cumin, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into small, thick, oval-shaped patties (kofta style).
- 2Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef patties and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- 3Add the remaining oil to the skillet. Add bell peppers and onion and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened and slightly charred.
- 4Return the beef patties to the skillet, toss gently with the vegetables, and heat for 1 minute. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
