Spicy Indian Beef Curry (Ghee-Based)
(0 Ratings)
This traditional Indian Beef Curry is slow-cooked to perfection, ensuring the beef is incredibly tender and the sauce is rich and complex. The use of ghee (clarified butter) is key, providing a deeply nutty base for blooming whole and ground spices like cumin, coriander, and turmeric, along with plenty of fresh ginger and garlic. The heat comes from fresh chili or cayenne, balanced by tomatoes and a touch of yogurt. This high-protein, medium-difficulty Meat dish is excellent for a comforting weekend dinner.
