Smoky Black Bean & Quinoa Vegan Burgers
These Smoky Black Bean & Quinoa Vegan Burgers are a game-changer for plant-based eating, offering a satisfying, meaty texture and deep, smoky flavor that even carnivores will love. Made from a hearty blend of mashed black beans, cooked quinoa, and sautéed veggies, these burgers are packed with fiber and protein. Smoked paprika, cumin, and a touch of liquid smoke create that classic backyard barbecue taste. They hold together perfectly on the grill or skillet, developing a deliciously crisp exterior while staying moist inside. Serve on a toasted brioche bun with all the classic fixings—crisp lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and a creamy avocado spread. These burgers are a fantastic, healthy alternative for cookouts, weeknight dinners, or meal prep.
