Smash Burger Sliders with Special Sauce
Master the art of the perfect burger at home with these Smash Burger Sliders. Ground beef is formed into small balls, then smashed thin on a screaming hot griddle or skillet, creating those coveted crispy, lacy edges and a juicy interior. Each mini patty is topped with a square of American cheese and stacked on soft, toasted potato rolls with crisp lettuce, sliced tomato, pickles, and a generous swipe of a homemade ‘special sauce’ that’s creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet. These sliders are incredibly fun to eat and perfect for feeding a crowd. They embody the current smash burger craze while being perfectly sized for parties, game day, or a fun family dinner where everyone can enjoy a couple.
