- 1Make dough from flour and water. Rest 30 minutes.
- 2Mix lamb, onion and allspice for filling.
- 3Roll dough thin, cut circles, fill and form dumplings.
- 4Boil dumplings until they float, then drain.
- 5Whisk yogurt with cornstarch and water. Cook gently with dumplings. Serve with mint garlic butter.
