Shish barak are small Lebanese dumplings filled with spiced meat, served in a tangy yogurt sauce. These delicate dumplings are similar to tortellini but with distinct Middle Eastern flavors. The combination of the tender dumplings and creamy yogurt sauce is incredibly comforting.

    Make dough from flour and water. Rest 30 minutes.

    Roll dough thin, cut circles, fill and form dumplings.

    Whisk yogurt with cornstarch and water. Cook gently with dumplings. Serve with mint garlic butter.
