- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Without separating the rolls, slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally to create a top and bottom. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- 2In a skillet, sauté peppers and onions until soft. Remove. Add steak slices and cook over high heat until just browned. Mix steak with peppers and onions. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3Spread the steak mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Layer the provolone cheese slices on top. Place the top half of the rolls on the cheese.
- 4Mix melted butter, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Brush generously over the top of the rolls.
- 5Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
