Pan-Seared Tuna Steak with Wasabi Mayo
Impress your dinner guests with this elegant and incredibly simple Pan-Seared Tuna Steak. High-quality sushi-grade ahi tuna steaks are coated in a mix of black and white sesame seeds, then quickly seared in a hot pan for just a minute or two per side, leaving the center beautifully rare and cool, like fine steak. The sesame seeds create a delicate, nutty crust that complements the clean flavor of the tuna. It's served sliced and fanned out on a plate with a dollop of zesty wasabi-spiked mayonnaise, steamed jasmine rice, and a side of simply dressed greens. This dish is a testament to the American appreciation for high-quality, simply prepared seafood with bold, global-inspired condiments, ready in under 15 minutes.
