Pan-Seared Lemon Herb Salmon with Asparagus
Master the art of cooking salmon with this elegant yet easy Pan-Seared Lemon Herb Salmon. The key is starting with skin-on salmon fillets, which are seasoned and seared skin-side down to achieve an irresistibly crispy, golden crust while the interior remains moist and flaky. A simple pan sauce made with butter, fresh lemon juice, garlic, and herbs like dill and chives is then spooned over the top, adding a burst of fresh flavor. Served alongside simply roasted asparagus spears, this dish is a complete, healthy, and sophisticated meal ready in under 30 minutes. It caters to the trend of high-protein, low-carb dinners that are both nutritious and indulgent. Perfect for a quick weeknight meal or an impressive date night at home.
