Pan-Seared Lemon Garlic Salmon with Asparagus
This Pan-Seared Lemon Garlic Salmon is a 30-minute healthy dinner that delivers gourmet flavor with minimal effort. Skin-on salmon fillets are seared in a hot pan until the skin is irresistibly crispy and the flesh is flaky and tender. A simple pan sauce made with butter, garlic, lemon juice, and fresh herbs is then whipped up in the same skillet, infusing the fish with bright, aromatic flavors. Served alongside simply sautéed or roasted asparagus, this dish is a powerhouse of omega-3s, protein, and vibrant vegetables. It's ideal for busy weeknights when you want something nutritious and impressive without spending hours in the kitchen. This recipe teaches the key technique for achieving restaurant-quality crispy skin every time.
