    Cook glutinous rice according to package directions (usually steaming).

    While rice is hot, mix with 3/4 cup coconut milk, 2 tbsp sugar, and a pinch of salt. Let cool slightly.

    Make sauce: Heat remaining coconut milk with remaining sugar and salt until dissolved. Let cool.

    Soak one rice paper in warm water until pliable. Lay flat. Place a small log of coconut rice, a few mango strips, and mint leaves in the center.

    Fold sides over filling, then roll tightly. Repeat. Serve rolls sprinkled with sesame seeds and with coconut sauce for dipping.
