- 1Pat salmon fillets dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- 2Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 6-7 minutes until skin is very crispy.
- 3Flip salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Remove salmon from skillet and set aside.
- 4Reduce heat to medium. Add halal butter to the skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 5Stir in lemon juice and half the parsley. Return salmon to skillet, spoon sauce over it, garnish with remaining parsley and lemon slices, and serve.
