Creamy Vegetarian Paneer Tikka Masala
Savor the rich, aromatic flavors of India with this vegetarian take on a classic: Creamy Paneer Tikka Masala. Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cubes are marinated and lightly charred before being immersed in a luxurious, signature orange-red sauce. The gravy is made from a blend of tomatoes, cream, and a fragrant mix of spices like cumin, ginger, and turmeric, with a crucial addition of fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi). This dish is satisfyingly rich and full of complex flavor, yet it’s entirely meatless. It is a fantastic vegetarian alternative to Chicken Tikka Masala and a perfect accompaniment to warm naan bread or fluffy basmati rice.
