Luxurious Creamy Halal Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani)
Indulge in the universally loved flavors of Luxurious Creamy Halal Butter Chicken, also known as Murgh Makhani. Halal chicken is marinated in yogurt and spices, then traditionally grilled or simply pan-fried before being simmered in a stunning, velvety tomato gravy. The signature rich flavor comes from blending tomatoes, cashews (or almonds), and a generous amount of butter and heavy cream. The spices—including cardamom and fenugreek leaves (Kasuri Methi)—are finely balanced to create a mild, sweet, and incredibly aromatic dish. It is the perfect, comforting, restaurant-quality Indian classic for a family dinner. Serve with Naan and Basmati Rice.
