Ginger-Garlic Halal Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry
(0 Ratings)
This Ginger-Garlic Halal Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry is a takeout favorite made quick and healthy at home. The key to this dish is using a tender cut of halal beef, like sirloin or flank steak, sliced thin and cooked quickly over high heat to remain juicy. The savory sauce, a perfect blend of soy sauce, fresh ginger, and garlic, coats the tender beef and vibrant green, crisp-tender broccoli florets. It’s a complete meal, high in protein and nutrients, and is ready in under 30 minutes. Serve it over fluffy white or brown rice for a complete, satisfying dinner.
