Slow-Cooked Sticky Halal BBQ Beef Ribs

(0 Ratings)

Master the art of perfect ribs with these Slow-Cooked Sticky Halal BBQ Beef Ribs. Beef ribs, a less common but equally delicious alternative to other types, are first seasoned with a rich spice rub and then slow-braised to ensure they achieve incredible tenderness—they literally fall off the bone. Finally, they are generously brushed with a simple, tangy-sweet BBQ glaze and quickly baked to caramelize the sauce into a sticky, irresistible crust. This is the ultimate summer barbecue showstopper, though the recipe works perfectly in the oven any time of year. Perfect for a feast or a satisfying weekend dinner.
