- 1Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour mixed with garlic powder, dip in buttermilk, then dredge in flour again.
- 2Fry in 350°F (175°C) oil for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
- 3In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter. Toss the crispy chicken in the sauce until coated.
- 4In another bowl, toss coleslaw mix with ranch dressing.
- 5Assemble sliders: place buffalo chicken on bun bottoms, top with ranch slaw, and cover with bun tops. Serve immediately.
