- 1Marinate chicken in yogurt, lemon juice, 1 tsp garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
- 2In a large skillet, melt butter and cook the marinated chicken until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
- 3In the same pan, add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining garam masala and kasoori methi.
- 4Return chicken to the pan. Add cream and simmer for 10-15 minutes until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
- 5Serve hot with naan bread or basmati rice.
