Cardamom Orange Blossom Rice Pudding
This Cardamom Orange Blossom Rice Pudding is a dreamy, aromatic dessert that's both comforting and elegant. Short-grain rice is slowly simmered in milk until it breaks down into a luxuriously creamy consistency. The magic comes from the infusion of crushed cardamom pods and a splash of orange blossom water, which impart a floral, citrusy perfume that is distinctly Middle Eastern. Served warm or chilled and topped with crushed pistachios and a sprinkle of cinnamon, this pudding is a beloved traditional treat often enjoyed during Ramadan and other celebrations. It's simple to make yet feels special, offering a sweet, soothing end to any meal.
