- 1If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

- 3Take handfuls of the mixture and form around skewers in sausage-like shapes.
- 4Heat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and nicely charred.
