Beef & Vegetable Samosas
(0 Ratings)
These homemade Beef & Vegetable Samosas are a labor of love that yields incredibly rewarding results. Flaky, thin pastry (store-bought or homemade) envelops a deeply flavorful filling of ground beef, diced potatoes, green peas, and onions, all seasoned with a traditional blend of garam masala, cumin, coriander, and fresh ginger. Fried until perfectly crisp and golden brown, they are the ultimate savory snack or appetizer. While frying gives the authentic texture, they can also be baked for a lighter option. Serve them warm with tangy tamarind chutney or cool mint-cilantro sauce for a truly irresistible treat.
