This healthier take on the takeout classic comes together quickly and is packed with flavor. Thinly sliced beef and fresh broccoli are stir-fried in a savory sauce that's both sweet and salty. Serve over rice for a complete meal that's better than restaurant quality.

- 1Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch in a small bowl.
- 2Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok over high heat. Stir-fry beef until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove.
- 3Add remaining oil. Stir-fry broccoli for 2 minutes. Add water, cover, and steam 2 minutes.
- 4Add garlic and ginger, cook 30 seconds. Return beef to wok.
- 5Add sauce and stir until thickened, about 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.
