Beef & Broccoli Noodle Stir-Fry

This stir-fry is faster and healthier than getting takeout. Thinly sliced beef is marinated and seared, then tossed with fresh broccoli and your favorite noodles in a simple, flavorful sauce made from soy, oyster sauce (check for halal certification or use a substitute), and garlic. It all comes together in one wok or skillet for an easy weeknight win.

- 1Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- 2In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster (or hoisin) sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch to make the sauce.
- 3Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until just browned. Remove and set aside.
- 4Add the remaining oil to the wok. Stir-fry the broccoli for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Add a splash of water and cover to steam for 1 minute if needed.
- 5Return the beef to the wok. Add the cooked noodles and the prepared sauce. Toss everything together for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.
- 6Serve immediately.
