These spicy Lebanese potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, tossed with fresh cilantro, garlic, and chili. Batata harra makes a fantastic side dish or appetizer that's packed with flavor and has just the right amount of heat.

    Toss potato cubes with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper.

    Roast at 220°C for 25 minutes until crispy and golden.

    Heat remaining oil in skillet. Sauté garlic and chili for 1 minute.

    Add roasted potatoes to skillet with cilantro and lemon juice.

    Toss everything together and serve immediately.
