- 1Mix semolina, sugar, yogurt, butter, coconut and baking powder.
- 2Spread in greased pan. Score diamond shapes and place almond in each.
- 3Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes until golden.
- 4Make syrup by boiling sugar, water and lemon juice for 10 minutes.
- 5Add rose water. Pour hot syrup over hot cake. Let absorb before serving.
