Adass Bil Hamod (Lemon Lentil Soup)

(0 Ratings)

Unlike many creamy lentil soups, Adass Bil Hamod is known for its clear broth and sharp, citrusy flavor from freshly squeezed lemon juice. It's a simple, nourishing, and incredibly refreshing soup that's a staple in Lebanese households, especially during colder months or when feeling under the weather.
